Job Description
Responsibilities As representative of the bank to provide all rounded quality corporate banking service to top tier corporate customers and FI customers, including account openint and maintenance, fund transaction, cash management and remittance etc Provide tailor-made & one-stop service via closely & warm follow up clients' needs, case investigation and testing exercise Drive regular follow up and customer visit in order to improve SLA as well customer satisfaction Closely work with RM, to participate in customer visit & meeting in order to successful business for bank Ensure compliance of the bank's policies, related banking ordinances and regularory's requirement Perform Ad Hoc assignments as requested
Job Requirment
Requirement University graduated is preferred Minimum 6 years of client services / relationship management in corporate banking is preferred Good knowledge of all rounded services & operations, including account opening & maintance, transaction banking / cash management, payment operations (remittance), deposit and internet banking for corporate customer Mature, detail minded and with strong sense of responsibilities A stable team player Good in written and spoken English, Putonghua is preferred Good command of MS Excel, Word and Outlook
