Requirement High Diploma or related discipline or above in IT 3-5 years experience in IT, ie IT opeations, administration, support team and help desk Familiar with desktop applications, WinZIP, Skype, LYNC Good knowlede of Windows 7 &10, VM Ware, Office 2010 & 365 MCSE certification is an asset Hands on experience of troubleshoot email.software, hardware, telecommunication, networking and other computer related issues IT exposure in Banking is an advantage; Non-Banking experience is consider Multi tasking and able to work under pressure Team oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
